Sonia McClusky is a bioenergetic practitioner with a Master’s degree in Counseling and over a decade of experience as a mental health professional. She has supported children and families by providing individual and group counseling services. Through her business, SSM Empowerment, she has facilitated foster care trainings, provided family support, and offered a wide range of social services. While wellness has always been her passion, Sonia felt called to explore health and healing from a more holistic perspective.

As she embarked on her own healing journey, Sonia discovered and cultivated her innate ability to heal herself by creating MEA Body Essentials—a line of wellness products—and focusing on holistic healing and personal development. She is a certified Usui Reiki Master/Teacher and a trained expert in bioenergetic scanning (AO Scan). Sonia has embraced her calling to guide others in awakening their inner healer.
